Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE MATERIAL CRISTALINO". Um material cristalino suficientemente puro para uso em produtos farmacêuticos pode ser feito pela formação de uma solução saturada do material, alteração da temperatura da solução de modo que ela se torne supersaturada, e sujeição da solução a irradiação por ultra-som de alta intensidade, a freq³ência do ultra-som sendo explorada sobre uma faixa de freq³ências. Por exemplo, o ultra-som pode ser variado entre 19,5 e instalação de fio metálico de guia 20,5 kHz, e esta variação pode ser senoidal. Preferentemente, o ultra-som é provido apenas brevemente, a saber, por menos que 5 s, antes de permitir que a solução se resfrie gradualmente sem ulterior irradiação. O ultra-som pode ser aplicado usando um recipiente com uma disposição de transdutores ultra-sónicos fixados em uma parede, de modo que cada transdutor irradia não mais que 3 W/cm^ 2^, ainda a dissipação de energia dentro do recipiente é entre 25 e 150 W/Iitro. Este método pode reduzir a largura de zona metaestável para menos do que 10 K. O método é aplicável, em particular, para aspartame.
