Abstract

"SISTEMA AVIÈNICO E ESTAçãO TERRESTRE PARA GERENCIAMENTO DE AERONAVE FORA DE ROTA E DE COMUNICAçõES DE ALARME". A presente invenção se refere a um sistema aviónico e estação terrestre para gerenciamento de aeronave fora de rota e de comunicações de alarme composto de um dispositivo aviónico, que está montado a bordo da aeronave, com uma unidade de memória para armazenamento de informação pré-definida. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido sistema aviónico está caracterizado pelo fato de que a referida unidade de memória para armazenamento de informação pré-definida se refere ao armazenamento de dados de planos de vóo, pistas de decolagem mundiais, orografia da terra, obstáculos e os valores pré-ajustados compreendem planos de vóo e altitudes ou níveis de vóo; e de que compreende processadores para computar os dados armazenados ou recebidos, disponíveis a partir de sensores monitorando a situação a bordo. Também em concordância com a presente invenção, os referidos processadores irão computar comandos a serem enviados para o piloto automático da aeronave para temporariamente assumir o controle da aeronave e retornar esta aeronave para os níveis de vóo ou posições espaciais pré-ajustados. O sistema aviónico também compreende dispositivos de comunicação adequados para transmissão em tempo real de situação a bordo para estações de controle terrestre quando eventos potencialmente perigosos ocorrem.
