Abstract

"FREIO DE DISCO". A presente invenção trata de um freio de disco que compreende um calibre (6), um ou mais discos de freio (10) e uma ou mais pastilhas de freio (2). As pastilhas de freio (2) são recebidas sobre contraplacas (1, 12) ou outro suporte de pastilha. O calibre (6) e os suportes de pastilha são construídos para absorver as forças de reação resultantes durante a frenagem em um plano perpendicular a uma superfície de contato entre o calibre (6) e cada suporte de pastilha.
