Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE INSERçãO DE UM ENROLAMENTO QUE COMPREENDE SEMI-FASES SUPERIOR E INFERIOR EM ENTALHES PRATICADOS SOBRE A FACE RADIAL INTERIOR DO CONJUNTO DE CHAPAS DE UM ESTATOR, APLICAçãO DO PROCESSO, E, ESTATOR". A invenção se refere a um processo e um dispositivo de inserção de semi-fases superior e inferior (10s, 10i) nos entalhes (24) de um conjunto de chapas (20), o processo compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a/ produção das semi-fases superior e inferior (10s, 10i), que compreende uma superposição de espiras (12) apresentando, cada uma, uma pluralidade de lóbulos (121) salientes da espira (12) ligados por partes radialmente internas (122), as espiras (12) da semi-fase superior (10s) sendo deslocadas angularmente em relação às espiras de semi-fase inferior (10i), a semi-fase superior (10s) sendo disposta acima da semi-fase inferior (10i), d/ inserção das semi-fases superior e inferior (10s, 10i) nos entalhes (24) por torção progressiva dos lóbulos (121) e basculamento destes lóbulos em uma direção paralela ao eixo (X-X<39>), até que as espiras (121) da semi-fase superior (10s) preencham os entalhes (24) correspondentes sobre todo o comprimento destes entalhes, e/ basculamento das partes radialmente internas (122) das espiras (12) da semi-fase superior (10s) sobre uma face axial superior (23) do conjunto de chapas, para formar o jogo de fios entrelaçados superior do estator, f/ prosseguimento da inserção das espiras (12) da semi-fase por torção e basculamento até que as espiras (12) da semi-fase inferior (10i). De acordo com a invenção, o basculamento da etapa e/ é realizado com a ajuda de órgãos de estratificação (51) puxando radialmente as partes radialmente internas do interior para o exterior.
