Abstract
"MéTODO DE PRé-TRATAMENTO PARA UM MATERIAL DE GALVANIZAçãO NãO ELéTRICA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM MEMBRO POSSUINDO UM REVESTIMENTO GALVANIZADO". Material de resina é colocado em contato com uma primeira solução contendo ozónio, e simultaneamente, raios ultravioletas são aplicados. A ativação devida ao tratamento com ozónio e água e a ativação devida ao tratamento com raios ultravioletas são sinergicamente realizadas para permitir a formação de, um revestimento galvanizado tendo excelente resistência adesiva obtida por um tratamento de curta duração. Além disso, mesmo com um tratamento de longa duração, a resistência adesiva pode ser impedida de diminuir. Conseq³entemente, um revestimento galvanizado tendo excelente adesão pode ser formado através de um tratamento de curta duração sem tornar a superfície do material de resina áspera.
