Abstract

"MéTODO PARA OBTENçãO DE UMA FASE GASOSA A PARTIR DE UM MEIO LìQUIDO, E DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZá-LO". A presente invenção refere-se a um microrreator modular com microcanais paralelos nas placas guias de fluido para reações químicas, mas não para fins de evaporação. Foi desenvolvido um evaporador modular de filme descendente incluindo uma pilha de câmaras de evaporação tipo fenda alternadas e módulos evaporadores tipo placa com um conjunto de microcanais paralelos, as câmaras de evaporação sendo abertas no topo e/ou no fundo ao longo de essencialmente toda a largura dos módulos e a pilha sendo arranjada em um vaso. O evaporador de filme descendente é usado em um processo para recuperação de uma fase gasosa de um fluido líquido em uma escala comercial. é adequado para concentração de soluções termolábeis e para proporcionar uma corrente gasosa rapidamente controlável.
