Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA OXIDAçãO ELETROQUìMICA DE FERROCIANETO EM FERRICIANETO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para oxidação de uma fase aquosa compreendendo ferrocianeto (V), o qual é recuperado a partir de uma reação de acoplamento fenólico oxidativa, para uma fase aquosa compreendendo ferricianeto (IV), em uma célula eletroquímica dividida, compreendendo preparar um anólito compreendendo o pré-tratamento da fase aquosa, compreendendo ferrocianeto (V) recuperado a partir de uma reação de acoplamento fenólico oxidativa por decantação ou extração; colocar o anólito em contato com o eletrodo anólito da célula eletroquímica dividida; colocar um católito em contato com um eletrodo catódico da célula eletroquímica dividida; e aplicar energia elétrica para a célula eletroquímica dividida, em que a energia elétrica tem uma amperagem ou voltagem e em que a aplicação é durante um período de tempo suficiente para oxidar o ferrocianeto (V) em ferricianeto (IV). Também se reivindica o uso de uma fase aquosa compreendendo ferricianeto (IV) obtenível portal processo para uma reação de acoplamento fenólico oxidativa.
