Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM LAMINADO". Na produção de um laminado de camadas de metal (7) e de camadas de ligação de plástico reforçado por fibras (8) um conjunto (6) é formado que é colocado sobre um gabarito de formação (1). Um meio de evacuação (12) e uma película de vácuo (13) são aplicados sobre o conjunto, de tal maneira que o conjunto pode ser prensado sobre o gabarito de formação sob a influência de um vácuo. Finalmente, as camadas são interligadas em uma autoclave sob a influência de calor e pressão. Especialmente no caso de obras maiores, apresentam-se o problema de que as várias camadas se deslocam entre si. Isto é freq³entemente indesejável e a camadas têm de ser mantidas na posição correta entre si. De acordo com a invenção, para esta finalidade um pino (4) é previsto que é fixado em relação ao gabarito de formação. As várias camadas apresentam orifícios (9), de tal maneira que possam ser colocadas no gabarito de formação na posição correta com respeito ao pino. O meio de evacuação e a película de vácuo são então assentadas sobre o topo do pino e o vácuo é então aplicado. A película de vácuo e o meio de evacuação são cortados abertos, o pino é removido e a película de vácuo volta a ser selada. Durante este processo o vácuo permanece substancialmente intacto, de modo que as camadas permanecem na posição correta entre si.
