Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM TROCADOR DE CALOR ELEMENTAR, TROCADOR DE CALOR ELEMENTAR, PRé-FORMA PARA TROCADOR DE CALOR ELEMENTAR, TROCADOR DE CALOR PARA FLUIDOS CONFINADOS E MOLDE PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA PRé-FORMA DA PARTE ATIVA DE UM TROCADOR DE CALOR ELEMENTAR". O método para a produção de um trocador de calor elementar, de um tipo totalmente novo, cujas especificações são tal como segue: deve ser de uma só peça, ou seja, sem montagem ou solda, e muito eficiente, de volume limitado, de pouco peso, de baixo custo de produção e, de modo geral, intrinsecamente estável em comparação com os fluidos corrosivos. O trocador de calor elementar desse tipo, o qual compreende uma única parte ativa compacta. O trocador de calor é produzido facilmente ao se utilizar ferramentas de usinagem e equipamento para a produção automática que são habituais na indústria. A pré-forma desse trocador de calor elementar, que em uma única operação pode transformar em uma parte ativa desse trocador. O molde particular é adequado à produção de tal pré-forma da parte ativa desse trocador de calor elementar.
