Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE SECAGEM POR ASPERSãO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de secagem por aspersão (1) que tem uma câmara de secagem vertical (2), um dispositivo de atomização de material (4) e um dispositivo de alimentação de gás de secagem (6). Elementos de filtro (11) estão presentes a fim de filtrar as partículas finas fora do fluxo de gás de secagem (7). As partículas finas são removidas periodicamente dos elementos de filtro (11) e coletadas no dispositivo de coleta de partículas finas (10) de uma tal maneira que permanecem separadas do fluxo principal de material secado por aspersão. Desta maneira, é possível controlar com sucesso as propriedades do material (principal) secado por aspersão sem que ele seja influenciado indesejavelmente pelas partículas finas.
