Abstract
"POLIPEPTìDEOS RECOMBINANTES PARA DIAGNOSTICAR A INFECçãO PELO TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI". A presente invenção refere-se a polipeptídeos recombinantes que são úteis para diagnosticar a tripanossomíase americana, ou a doença de Chagas, uma doença causada pelo agente infeccioso Trypanosoma cruzi. Preferivelmente, as seq³ências de DNA que codificam as proteínas recombinantes são inseridas em vetores plasmídeos a serem expresos se em um organismo.
