Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO PARA VEìCULOS DE DUAS RODAS PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO". é divulgado um pneumático para veículos de duas rodas que compreende: uma estrutura da carcaça com pelo menos uma lona da carcaça modelada em uma configuração substancialmente toroidal, cujas bordas laterais opostas são associadas com respectivos arames do talão direito e esquerdo, cada arame do talão sendo encerrado em um respectivo talão; uma estrutura da cinta (6) aplicada em uma posição circunferencialmente externa em relação à dita estrutura da carcaça; uma banda de rodagem (8) sobreposta circunferencialmente na dita estrutura da cinta; um par de costados aplicados lateralmente em lados opostos em relação à dita estrutura da carcaça; em que a dita estrutura da cinta (6) é associada com pelo menos uma camada de um material elastomérico reticulado (8) que compreende: (a) pelo menos um polímero elastomérico de dieno; (b) pelo menos um material inorgânico em camadas que tem uma espessura de camada individual de 0,01 nm a 30 mm, preferivelmente de 0,05 nm a 15 mn. Preferivelmente, a dita pelo menos uma camada de material elastomérico reticulado é colocada entre a dita estrutura da carcaça e a dita estrutura da cinta.
