Abstract
"PROCESSO PRODUTIVO PARA TUBO METáLICO SEM COSTURA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo produtivo para um tubo metálico sem costura com um laminador - mandrilador (mandrilador) do tipo cilindro basculante. De acordo com o processo produtivo para um tubo metálico sem costura da presente invenção, o efeito de forjamento rotativo e a deformação de cisalhamento circunferencial podem ser significativamente eliminados, sem gerar acoplamento incompleto de um tarugo. Conseq³entemente, um produto tendo defeitos internos reduzidos e uma excelente qualidade interna pode ser produzido em alta produtividade. Além do mais, por reforço de uma porção de laminação de nariz do peregrino, um nariz do peregrino aguçado é obtido e um limite de acoplamento pode ser aumentado. Adicionalmente, um produto particularmente excelente na qualidade interna pode ser produzido eficientemente. Conseq³entemente, a presente invenção pode ser aplicada a amplos campos de laminadores - mandriladores de tubos metálicos sem costura.
