Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PRé-POLìMEROS DE POLIURETANO NA PRESENçA DE UM CATALISADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de pré-polímeros de poliuretano com grupos isocianato terminais, no qual se regem poliisocianatos com polióis, sendo que a) aplicam-se como poliisocianato pelo menos um diisocianato assimétrico, b) como poliol aplica-se pelo menos um poliol com um peso molecular médio (M~ n~) de 60 até 3000 g/mol, c) ajusta-se a razão de grupos isocianato para grupos hidroxila na faixa entre 1,1:1 até 4:1, de preferência, 1,2:1 até 2:1, de modo especialmente preferido, 1,3:1 até 1,8:1 e de modo muito particularmente preferido, 1,45:1 até 1,75:1 e d) como catalisador acrescenta-se pelo menos uma amida de ácido carboxílico. Pré-polímeros de poliuretano preparados desta maneira são adequados para a preparação de adesivos e materiais de vedação reativos de um ou dois componentes, especialmente adesivos de revestimento e como componente para a preparação de adesivos de fusão. Os pré-polímeros de poliuretano preparados de acordo com a invenção, são de baixa viscosidade, de baixa quantidade em monómeros e isentos de subprodutos colaterais, tais como são usualmente formados na elaboração térmica para a desmonomerização de pré-polímeros de poliuretano.
