"USOS DA PROTEìNA VP4 DE ROTAVìRUS E DE ANTICORPOS MONOCLONAIS OU POLICLONAIS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, AGENTE TERAPêUTICO, MEDICAMENTOS, MéTODOS PARA TRATAR DIABETE E CâNCER, PARA REDUZIR A ADESãO CELULAR NãO DESEJADA QUE PODE OCORRER ENTRE CéLULAS DE TUMOR OU CéLULAS NORMAIS E PARA DETERMINAR AS REGIõES OU OS PEPTìDEOS DERIVADOS DE PROTEìNAS VP4, VP8, E, PEPTìDEO". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de proteínas de rotavírus VP4, VP8 e suas proteínas de fusão e peptídeos derivados, para realçar a liberação de agentes farmacêuticos através do caminho paracelular. Estas proteínas de rotavírus e peptídeos derivados podem ser adicionalmente utilizados para reduzir a adesão celular não desejada que pode ocorrer entre as células cancerosas ou entre as células normais como um resultado de cirurgia, lesão, quimioterapia, doença, inflamação ou outras condições patológicas.
