"APARELHO PARA MOLDAR E INSERIR, EM TAMPAS, REVESTIMENTOS FEITOS DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO DISPENSADO POR UMA EXTRUSORA". é descrito um aparelho para moldar e inserir revestimentos de tampas, que compreende um carrossel de dosagem (6), um carrossel de moldagem (8), um carrossel de inserção (9) e um alimentador de tampas (10) para alimentar o dito carrossel de inserção com tampas (2), os ditos carrosséis sendo providos com sedes (66) para suportar múltiplos mecanismos bidirecionais (13), o carrossel de dosagem (6) sendo provido com conjuntos (39) para retirar doses (M) de material plástico de uma extrusora (3) e depositá-las nos mecanismos bidirecionais (13), o carrossel de moldagem (8) sendo provido com conjuntos para moldar revestimento (1) nos mecanismos bidirecionais (13) e o carrossel de inserção sendo provido com conjuntos para remover os revestimentos (1) dos mecanismos bidirecionais (13) e inseri-los nas respectivas tampas (2) alimentadas pelo alimentador (10), uma primeira roda dentada (14) para transferir os mecanismos bidirecionais do carrossel de dosagem (6) para o carrossel de moldagem (87), uma segunda roda dentada (15) para transferir os mecanismos bidirecionais do carrossel de moldagem para o carrossel inserção (9) e uma terceira roda dentada (16) para transferir os mecanismos bidirecionais (13) do carrossel de inserção (9) para o carrossel de dosagem (6).
