Abstract

"APARELHO TIPO PRENSA PARA REMOçãO DE áGUA DE UMA TELA". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho tipo prensa que é descrito para a remoção de água de uma tela. O aparelho inclui um cilindro rotativo que define uma superfície periférica. Uma sapata alongada possui uma superfície curva que coopera com a superfície periférica do cilindro para definir um estreitamento para a passagem da tela. A disposição é tal que, quando a tela se estende através do estreitamento, a água é pressionada da tela. Um cobertor é disposto entre a superfície curva da sapata e a tela para suportar a tela durante a passagem da tela através do estreitamento, o cobertor encerrando a sapata. Ademais, o cobertor possui um diâmetro dentro de uma faixa de 500 mm a 875 mm.
