Abstract

"CABEçOTE PROPULSOR DE BOMBA COM UM ENGAXETAMENTO E CONJUNTO DE SUJEIçãO POR BRAçADEIRAS INCORPORADO". O cabeçote propulsor de bomba (1) aperfeiçoado apresenta um engaxetamento (9) e compreende um conjunto de transmissão de força (3,4) acoplado ao eixo motor da bomba rotativa (8) dentro de um poço de óleo bruto, um engaxetamento (9,60) para reter a pressão, um conjunto de empuxo (6) adaptado para capturar a força de tração exercida sobre o referido eixo da bomba. Compreende ainda um tubo (5,16) montado para ser girado coaxialmente com o eixo (8) e tendo ao menos dois diâmetros diferentes. As vedações giratórias (20, 50) se ajustam sobre o pequeno diâmetro externo do tubo para estabelecer a estanqueidade a fluido entre o tubo referido e o corpo (19) do engaxetamento. O diâmetro de trabalho (51) das vedações (20 ,50) são menores que o diâmetro externo maior do tubo referido (5,16). Assim, vedações fixas (17) e vedações giratórias (20,50) são para se separarem ao longo do referido tubo e do anel de retenção (22 ) das vedações. Associado de forma vantajosa com a referida cabeça é provido um conjunto de sujeição por braçadeira (10) para travamento do eixo motor giratório da bomba (8) em poços de óleo bruto, que inclui um par de mandíbulas (35,36), uma (35) para tração, a outra (36) para impulsionar, para operação por meio de um parafuso (38) que age com sua extremidade em uma mandíbula (35) e que está engatado em um orifício formado com rosca na outra mandíbula (36).
