Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE MATRIZ MúLTIPLA DE BORRACHA E SEU USO PARA FABRICAçãO SIMULTáNEA DE UMA SéRIE DE ORNAMENTOS IDêNTICOS". O método compreende as etapas de: preparação de uma matriz metálica (17) que reproduz em forma positiva o formato de pelo menos um ornamento (10), formando primeiro recipiente oco, cujo fundo é constituído pela matriz de metal (12), despejando borracha (16) em estado fluido no primeiro recipiente e deixando-a endurecer para gerar uma matriz (18) de borracha endurecida que reproduz em forma negativa o formato de pelo menos um ornamento (10), em que esta operação é repetida por várias vezes, reunindo as matrizes (18) de borracha endurecida em disposição lado a lado para gerar uma estrutura composta (20), formando um segundo recipiente oco, cujo fundo é constituído pela estrutura composta (20), despejando uma resina (24) no segundo recipiente e deixando-o endurecer para gerar uma matriz múltipla intermediária (26), formando terceiro recipiente oco, cujo fundo é constituído pela matriz múltipla intermediária (26) e despejando uma borracha (30) no estado fluido no terceiro recipiente e deixando-o endurecer para gerar uma matriz múltipla de borracha (32) que possui várias figuras idênticas (34) nas quais é despejada em seguida uma resina decorativa (36) que forma os ornamentos individuais (10).
