Abstract
"MéTODO PARA CONFIGURAR UMA REDE DE COMUNICAçãO, ARQUITETURA DE REDE PARA UMA REDE DE COMUNICAçãO E PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR". Uma rede de comunicação incluindo uma pluralidade (N) de antenas (14), é configurada por - incluir entre as antenas (14) pelo menos uma (n) antena reconfigurável adaptada para servir tráfego de comunicação em uma respectiva área de configuração, a antena reconfigurável tendo um diagrama de radiação exibindo uma pluralidade de valores de ganho seletivamente ajustáveis para um conjunto de direções, cada direção no conjunto definindo um trajeto de propagação entre a antena (14) e uma parte da área de cobertura, determinando para cada direção no conjunto, pelo menos um valor de tráfego de comunicação e pelo menos um valor de atenuação através do trajeto de propagação, e seletivamente e de maneira independente alocar a cada direção no conjunto um respectivo valor de ganho em função de pelo menos um do valor de tráfego de comunicação e o valor de atenuação determinado para aquela direção. O conjunto é adaptado para uso em redes de comunicação tais como redes de comunicação movel de segunda e terceira geração empregando antenas eletricamente controláveis (14).
