Abstract

"MéTODO DE CONSTRUçãO DE UM PRODUTO MOLDADO E PRóTESE PARA PACIENTES DE VáRIAS CATEGORIAS DE PESO". Trata-se de um método de construção de um produto moldado, o qual inclui as etapas de impregnação de fibras não metálicas em resina de epóxi, com o que as ditas fibras impregnadas podem ser arranjadas para formar uma folha das ditas fibras; corte de uma pluralidade de pré-impregnados da dita folha; formação de camadas sucessivas dos ditos pré-impregnados de modo que as ditas camadas sejam arranjadas em uma relação de empilhamento (preferivelmente formadas por pré-impregnados com as fibras arranjadas em uma orientação de interseção que se alternam com os pré-impregnados que têm fibras arranjadas em uma orientação longitudinal e/ou latitudinal) em uma cavidade de molde de um molde de compressão; moldagem por compressão a uma temperatura elevada; e remoção do produto moldado do molde de compressão. Também é apresentado um produto moldado per se, bem como um produto moldado formado pelo método de construção. O produto moldado é preferivelmente um dispositivo protético que inclui um mastro (11) em forma de J e uma placa de sola (23).
