Abstract

"PROCESSO INTEGRADO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE SULFATO DE POTáSSIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo inovador integrado para a recuperação de sulfato de potássio (SOP) a partir de uma solução resultante da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar a qual é rica em sulfato é revelada. O processo apenas requer uma solução resultante da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar e cal como matéria prima. Um sal misto do tipo cainite é obtido pela cristalização fracional da solução resultante da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar. A cainite é convertida em schoenita com a remoção simultânea de NaCl pelo processamento da mesma com água e com o corpo fluido obtido a partir da reação da schoenita com MOP para a sua conversão a SOP. O corpo fluido a partir da conversão de cainite em schoenita (SEL) é usado para a recuperação de MOP; SEL é dessulfurado e suplementado COM MgCl~ 2~ usando a solução resultante da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar final gerada no processo da fabricação de carnalita. A carnalita é decomposta para se conseguir potássio bruta a qual por sua vez é processada para conseguir MOP. O corpo fluido decomposto de carnalita produzido na decomposição de carnalita é reagido com cal hidratada para a preparação de uma solução de CaCl~ 2~ e de Mg(OH)~ 2~ com uma alta pureza tendo um baixo conteúdo de boro. A Solução de CaCl~ 2~ é usada para a dessulfuração do SEL produzindo um gesso com uma alta pureza como um bi produto. é mostrado que as correntes de líquido contendo potássio são recicladas no processo; a recuperação da potássio na forma de SOP é quantitativa.
