Abstract
"PROCESSO INTEGRADO PARA A RECUPERAçãO SIMULTáNEA DE UM CLORETO DE POTáSSIO COM UM GRAU INDUSTRIAL E DE UM SAL COMESTìVEL DE BAIXO SóDIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a recuperação simultânea de KC1 e de sais comestíveis enriquecidos com KC1 compreende: (i) a dessulfuração de uma solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar com CaC1~ 2~; (ii) sujeitar a solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar dessulfurada a evaporação; (iii) misturar a solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar dessulfurada da etapa (ii) com uma solução de MgC1~ 2~ concentrada para obter carnalita; (iv) decompor a carnalita com água para obter KC1 e uma solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar residual; (v) concentrar a solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar residual para obter NaC1 e KC1 em uma solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar como carnalita bruta e como corpo fluido decomposto de carnalita; (vi) decompor a carnalita bruta da etapa (v) com água para produzir um sal de baixo sódio enriquecido com KC1, assim como um corpo fluido decomposto de carnalita; (vii) coletar o corpo fluido decomposto de carnalita das etapas (v) e (vi) e tratar com cal para gerar Mg(OH)~ 2~ e um filtrado contendo CaC1~ 2~ e KC1; (viii) reciclar o filtrado da etapa (vii) para a etapa (i), enquanto recuperar o KC1 perdido no corpo fluido decomposto de carnalita; (ix) reciclar a solução resultante depois da cristalização do sal comum de água do mar final da etapa (iii) para a produção de carnalita e de CaC1~ 2~; (x) utilizar o excesso de MgC1~ 2~ para recuperar bromo e obter MgC1~ 2~. 6H~ 2~O.
