Abstract
processo para a preparação de zeólitos que possuam estrutura de armação cha e uma composição, material zeolítico que possui uma estrutura de armação cha, e, uso de um material zeolítico a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de zeólitos que possuem estrutura de armação de cha e uma composição que compreende a razão molar (n sio ~2~): x ~2~o ~3~, em que x é um elemento trivalente e em que n é pelo menos 10, o processo compreendendo (i) a preparação de uma solução aquosa que contenha pelo menos uma fonte para x ~2~o ~3~, em que x é selecionado entre al, b, ga e uma mistura de dois ou mais e pelo menos um fonte para o sio ~2~, pelo menos um agente que se dirige para estrutura orgânica (sda) sem ser o hidróxido de tetrametilamônio (tmaoh), que age como uma matriz para a estrutura de cha e hidróxido de tetrametilamônio (tmaoh), em que o sda ou misturas dos mesmos são empregados em quantidades tais que a solução aquosa em (i) exibe uma razão molar de sda: tmaoh de 0,01 até 5; (ii) cristalização hidrotérmica da solução aquosa de acordo com (i); em que a solução aquosa de (i) contém cobre em uma quantidade menor do que 0,005 cu: ((n yo2)+x ~2~o ~3~) em que n está na faixa de 10 a 50. a presente invenção também se refere aos materiais zeolíticos que podem ser obtidos e/ou obtidos por este processo assim como a um material zeolítico como tal, que possua estrutura de armação de cha, que possui uma composição que compreende a razão molar (n sio ~2~): x ~2~ o ~3~, em que x é um elemento trivalente e n é pelo menos 10 e em que o tamanho do cristal, como determinado por microscopia eletrônica de varredura, é maior do que 1 micrômetro e em que a estrutura de chabazita é fase pura que possui uma impureza de outras estruturas zeolíticas, tal como rut como determinado por difração de raios x, menor do que 5%.
