Abstract
sistema e método para conservar energia em um dispositivo de rede doméstica digital.um método e aparelho configuram um nível de energia para um dispositivo capaz de receber sinais de áudio, vídeo e dados. um sinal de entrada é recebido por um receptor (10) capaz de receber sinais de dados de difusão e sinais de rede doméstica digital. o sistema determina se o receptor está operando em um primeiro modo possuindo um primeiro nível de energia ou um segundo modo possuindo um segundo nível de energia com base em um tipo de sinal de entrada recebido pelo receptor. um sinal de controle (106) é gerado para modificar pelo menos uma configuração em um primeiro circuito para configurar o primeiro circuito para operar de acordo com o primeiro nível de energia se o sinal de entrada for um primeiro tipo de sinal de entrada. o sinal de controle é fornecido para o primeiro circuito (110) e o primeiro circuito é configurado para operar de acordo com o primeiro nível de energia com base no sinal de controle.
