Abstract
patente de invenção: processo e aparalho para reduzir os materiais de carga contendo minério de ferro ou produzir ferro-gusa ou produtos de aço líquido primários. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um aparelho para reduzir os materiais de carga contendo minério de ferro ou para produzir ferro-gusa ou produtos de aço líquido primários em uma unidade de fundição (1) que são mostrados, os materiais de carga que foram pelo menos parcialmente reduzidos em pelo menos uma unidade de redução (r1) por meio de um gás redutor e opcionalmente pelo menos alguns dos materiais de carga pelo menos parcialmente reduzidos sendo fundidos em uma unidade de fundição (1), enquanto é suprido carvão ou coque e gás contendo oxigênio, enquanto formando simultaneamente o gás redutor, e o gás redutor ou um gás redutor gerado externamente sendo suprido à unidade de redução (r1). para o caso de uma interrupção na produção de ferro-gusa ou produtos primários de aço, pelo menos uma unidade de redução (r1) é esvaziada e os materiais de carga pelo menos parcialmente reduzidos são introduzidos em pelo menos um vaso (5) e mantidos sob uma atmosfera de gás protetor não oxidante.
