Abstract

método para codificação e para reconstrução de um bloco de uma sequência de imagem. trata-se de um método para codificação d eum bloco atual que compreende as seguintes etapas:- determinar (30,32,34) um bloco de predição a partir do bloco atual, - determinar (36) um bloco de resíduo mediante a extração a prtir do bloco atual o bloco de predição, - codificar (38) o bloco de resíduo, sendo que o método é caracterizadp pelo fato de que o bloco de predição a partir do bloco atual é determinado de acordo com as seguintes etapas: - determinar (30) um bloco de predição inicial a partir de dados de movimento e ao menos uma imagem de referência anteriormente codificada e reconstruída, - aplicar (32) um método de decomposição atômica sobre um vetor de dados ycp, que compreende os dados de imagem de bloco vizinhos do bloco atual anteriormente codificado e reconstruído e os dados do bloco de predição inicial, - extrair (34) a partir do vetor decomposto os dados que correspondem ao bloco atual, os dados extraídos que formam o blcoo de predição.
