Abstract

processo para pirólise faseada de biomassa rica em lignina, obtido em sólido rico em carbono e sua utilização como correção do solo ou adsorvente. a invenção refere-se a um método para a utilização de biomassa, em que a biomassa é pirolisada durante um processo de tratamento térmico para obter gás impulsionado-o e mantendo sólidos ricos em carbono. é um objeto da invenção estabelecer um método para a utilização de biomassa, que se baseia em matérias primas relativamente dispendiosas, mas em contrapartida, dar produtos de valor com excepcionalmente boas propriedades, o produto de que tornam o processo economicamente viável. este objeto é conseguido, em primeiro lugar, por usar uma biomassa com um teor de lignina de 30 a 30% em peso e um teor de água de 5 a 25% em peso, e em virtude de um processo de tratamento térmico compreende três tempos de residência em cada nível de uma respectiva a temperatura, em que o primeiro tempo de residência dura entre 10 e 40 minutos, particularmente de 30 minutos a um nível de temperatura entre 130 e 280 ºc, particularmente de 250 ºc, o segundo tempo de residência dura entre 5 e 30 minutos, particularmente de 10 minutos a um nível de temperatura entre 300 e 500ºc, particularmente de 400ºc, o terceiro tempo de residência dura entre 10 e 60 minutos, particularmente de 20 minutos a um nível de temperatura entre 6540 e 900 ºc, de preferência entre 700 e 900 ºc, particularmente de 750 ºc.
