Abstract
sistema e método implementado por computador para proporcionar estimativa em tempo real de hemoglobina glicosilada (hbalc) de paciente e meio não transitório capaz de ser lido por computador resumo um método, sistema e meio capaz de ser lido por computador para o rastreio de mudanças em glicemia média em diabetes é baseado em uma abordagem conceitualmente nova para a recuperação de dados de smbg. ao se usar o entendimento de flutuação de hbalc como o efeito mensurável da ação de um sistema dinâmico subjacente, smbg proporciona vislumbres ocasionais no estado do referido sistema e, com o uso das referidas medições, a trajetória do sistema subjacente oculto pode ser reconstruída para pacientes diabéticos individuais. utilizando modelagem de compartimentos, um novo algoritmo de duas etapas é proporcionado, que inclui: (i) estimativa em tempo real de hbalc a partir de leituras em jejum de glicose, atualizadas com qualquer novo(s) ponto(s) de dados de smbg em jejum que entram e (ii) inicialização e calibração dos traços de hbalc estimados com perfis diários de smbg obtidos periodicamente. a estimativa dos referidos perfis inclui um modelo fatorial que captura a variabilidade de bg diária dentro de dois fatores latentes. 1/1
