Abstract
trata-se de um método de eletroquimioluminescência para detectar um analito em uma amostra líquida com o uso de uma célula medidora (108), sendo que a célula medidora (108) compreende um eletrodo de trabalho (120) para detectar o analito com o uso de um ciclo de medição de eletroquimioluminescência, em que o método compreende a. realizar o ciclo de medição em um processo de calibragem com o uso de uma amostra líquida desprovida do analito e executar uma primeira espectroscopia de impedância eletroquímica, eis, em um ponto determinado do ciclo de medição, sendo que a primeira eis é executada com o uso do eletrodo de trabalho (120), b. realizar o ciclo de medição em um processo de análise com o uso da amostra líquida que contém o analito e executar uma segunda eis em um ponto determinado do ciclo de medição, sendo que a segunda eis é executada com o uso do eletrodo de trabalho (120), c. comparar o resultado da primeira eis e da segunda eis, fornecer uma indicação de um estado de medição que indica se a comparação resulta em um desvio entre a primeira eis e a segunda eis que excede um limite predefinido.
