Abstract
MÉTODOS DE SEQUENCIAMENTO DE PROTEÍNAS DE CÉLULAS ÚNICA E DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO.Métodos de seqüênciamento de polipeptídeos e/ou seqüênciamento de ácidos nucleicos que podem ser executados em amostras de uma única célula e podem usar componentes de tipo código de barras e que facilitam o seqüênciamento direto sem amplificação. Todas as proteínas na amostra podem ser marcadas primeiro com um código de barras, depois os ácidos nucleicos ou metabólitos são marcados com um segundo código de barras. Também são fornecidos no presente documento composições, kits e dispositivos úteis para os mesmos.
