Abstract
MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE ELEMENTO ESTRUTURAL DE MÚLTIPLAS CÂMARAS E ELEMENTO ESTRUTURAL DE MÚLTIPLAS CÂMARAS. Trata-se de um método de fabricação de elemento estrutural de múltiplas câmaras que, para formar um elemento estrutural de múltiplas câmaras com perfis de câmara (1) que se estendem radialmente do centro definido pela conexão dos perfis de câmara (1), compreende as seguintes etapas: pelo menos três pré-formas de perfil de câmara (2) são fornecidas, em que cada pré-forma de perfil de câmara (2) compreende duas paredes (3) feitas de uma folha de material metálico e dispostas uma em relação à outra em planos substancialmente paralelos com um vão retido entre as mesmas, em que as bordas das paredes individuais (3) convergem e em que um elemento de válvula (6) é disposto em pelo menos uma parede (3); as bordas de parede não conectadas (3) de cada uma das pré-formas de perfil de câmara (2) são vedadas com uma vedação (5) para formar um espaço interno vazio hermético fechado da pré-forma de perfil de câmara (2); um fluido sob pressão é introduzido através do elemento de válvula (6) no espaço interno da pré-forma de perfil de câmara (2) para formar um perfil de câmara deformado (1), pelo menos três pré-formas de perfil de câmara (2) ou perfis de câmara (1) são conectados na área das bordas internas correspondentes da pré-forma de perfil de câmara (2) ou do perfil de câmara (1), proximal em relação ao eixo geométrico de conexão (4), ao longo de pelo menos parte das bordas internas. O objeto da invenção é também um elemento estrutural de múltiplas câmaras.
