Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM POLÍMERO DE ETILENO. Trata-se de um processo para preparar um polímero de etileno em uma polimerização em suspensão que compreende separar a suspensão formada de partículas de polímero de etileno em um separador sólido-líquido em partículas de polímero de etileno e licor mãe, transferir uma parte do licor mãe para uma seção de finalização que compreende uma unidade de evaporação para produzir uma porção com baixo teor de cera do licor mãe, em que um agente prótico é adicionado à parte do licor mãe que é transferida para a seção de finalização e reciclar pelo menos uma parte da porção com baixo teor de cera do licor mãe para o reator de polimerização ou a série de reatores de polimerização.
