Abstract
MICRORGANISMO PRODUTOR DE L-LISINA, SEQUÊNCIA POLINUCLEOTÍDICA, SEQUÊNCIA DE AMINOÁCIDOS, VETORES RECOMBINANTES, CEPAS RECOMBINANTES, SEQUÊNCIA NUCLEOTÍDICA PROMOTORA, CASSETE DE EXPRESSÃO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR L-LISINA. A presente invenção provê um método para introduzir mutações pontuais na sequência codificante do gene NCg12176 ou melhorar a sua expressão em Corynebacterium glutamicum e um método para realizar mutações pontuais na sequência da região promotora do gene dapB em Corynebacterium glutamicum. O rendimento da fermentação de L-lisina produzida por uma cepa com as mutações pode ser aumentado por tais métodos.
