Abstract
PROCESSO QUIMIOENZIMÁTICO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM PRODUTO DE GLICOSE OXIDADA, PROCESSOS QUIMIOENZIMÁTICOS PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ÁCIDO GLUCÁRICO E PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE D-GLUCONO-d-1,5-LACTONA, E, PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO. Um processo quimioenzimático para a preparação de um produto de glicose oxidada que compreende colocar a D-glicose em contato com uma enzima selecionada a partir do grupo que consiste essencialmente em galactose oxidase (GAO), glicose oxidase (GOX), polissacarídeo monooxigenase, catalase, peroxidase animal, aldeído oxidase periplasmática (Pao), peroxigenase inespecífica (UPO), lactoperoxidase (LPO), mieloperoxidase (MPO), peroxidase eosinofílica (EPO), peroxidase tireoidiana (TPO), ovoperoxidase, peroxidase salivar, haloperoxidase de vanádio, peroxidase de vertebrados não mamíferos (POX), peroxidasina (Pxd), peroxicina bacteriana (Pxc), peroxinectina de invertebrados (Pxt), peroxidoquerina curta (PxDo), alfa-dioxigenase (aDox), dupla oxidase (DuOx), prostaglandina H sintase (PGHS), ciclooxigenase (CyOx), linoleato diol sintase (LDS), variantes dos mesmos e combinações dos mesmos em condições adequadas para a formação de um intermediário oxidado; e colocar o intermediário oxidado em contato com um catalisador de metal para formar um produto de glicose oxidada.
