MÉTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE VÍDEO, APARELHO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE DADOS DE VÍDEO E MEIOS DE ARMAZENAMENTO E DE GRAVAÇÃO NÃO TRANSITÓRIOS LEGÍVEIS POR COMPUTADOR. Sistemas, métodos e aparelhos para processamento de vídeo são descritos. O processamento de vídeo pode incluir codificação de vídeo, decodificação de vídeo ou transcodificação de vídeo.
