Abstract

"MACA PARA HIGIENIZAçãO DE PACIENTES PROSTRADOS". Para ser posicionada na altura da cama e permitir assim, a transferência do paciente à maca para a sua higiene e para transferi-lo novamente à cama. A maca, compreende uma estrutura de suporte rolante, que apresenta uma batente superior para a fixação dê uma tábua de apoio do paciente na posição horizontal, provida de aberturas ou perfurações, que se interligam com um recipiente apoiado na superfície inferior da tábua receptora do líquido da lavagem e provido de um desaguador. Entre a batente e a tábua, é fixada na porção marginal inferior de uma peça de material laminar, cuja borda superior é travada nas regulagens de braços ou barras, que sobressaem da tábua, e que forma, em uma primeira posição, uma parede que circunda a tábua para delimitar um espaço ou cuba de lavagem do paciente; e, em uma segunda posição, o dobramento para baixo da tábua, que permite transferir o paciente da ou para a cama. A maca, compreende, em uma primeira realização, pés retráteis mediante a vareta rosqueada com braçadeira, e em uma segunda realização, uma armação fixa, sendo a primeira realização, utilizável em residências e a segunda, em hospitais, sanatórios e casas de repouso.
