Constituída de uma haste superior de manipulação e alavancagem (1), contendo sua extremidade anterior dotada de um cabo (2) revestido de material flexível e isolante; dita haste superior (1) é dotada, ainda, de um orifício frontal extremado pelo qual passa o eixo superior de articulação (3) que se encontra no elemento frontal de apoio (4); o alicate ora proposto é formado, também, por uma haste inferior (5) contendo sua extremidade anterior dotada de um cabo (6) e uma haste arqueada para travamento (7), igualmente articulada por um eixo inferior de articulação (8) do elemento frontal de apoio (4), sendo que, o referido eixo (8) encontra-se substancialmente afastado do eixo superior (3); o elemento frontal de apoio (4) possui o formato basicamente trapezoidal em "V", sendo que, no vértice anterior extremado dessa formação localiza-se a articulação da haste inferior (5); na extremidade de uma das laterais da formação em "V" localiza-se o ponto de apoio e articulação da haste superior (1) e; na extremidade da outra lateral encontra-se a base (9) de assentamento e prensagem do clichê metálico contra o lacre ali inserido; a porção frontal da haste inferior (5) e da lateral inferior (9) do elemento de apoio (4) são dotadas de orifícios (10) posicionados de forma alinhada e que contém elementos de travamento (11) para as hastes inferiores dos clichês ali colocados; a haste inferior (5) é dotada, ainda, de uma projeção laminar dotada de uma extremidade de maior espessura (12) destinada a preencher o espaço interior do lacre plástico no momento da prensagem do clichê contra o mesmo."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN SECURITY LACRES CHAINER PLIERS".
