Patente de Invenção:<B>"APARELHO E PROCESSO DE ALVEJAMENTO DE PASTA APERFEIçOADOS"<D>. Um processo e aparelho de alvejamento para produzir esteiras de pasta de alta consistência com distribuição de produto químico e de temperatura relativamentao uniforme na esteira de pasta empregam uma prensa de lavagem (100) na qual a esteira é formada em uma primeira câmara (I), enquanto uma solução química, que pode ser primeiro aquecida ou resfriada, é adicionada a uma segunda câmara (II). A extração da solução começa na primeira câmara (I) e continua através da segunda câmara (II) até o passe dos cilindros (62). A lavagem por deslocamento da solução da esteira de pasta começa na junção das primeira e segunda câmaras e continua até que a esteira de pasta entre no passe. Por este processo, o ajuste de temperatura e do teor de produto químico é efetuado de modo uniforme com uma mínima perda de energia e materiais.
