Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO MOLDADAS"<D>. Esta invenção refere-se a espumas de poliuretano moldadas preparadas por reação de um poliisocianato específico com um poliol específico na presença de água como agente de expansão e um catalisador, em que (a) o poliisocianato compreende uma mistura de (i) uma quantidade específica de poliisocianato de polimetileno polifenila e (ii) um pré-polímero terminado em NCO, preparado a partir da reação de um poliisocianato orgânico com uma quantidade específica de poli(oxitetrametileno)glicol, ou um pré-polímero específico terminado em NCO, preparado a partir da reação de (i) um poliisocianato orgânico, (ii) uma quantidade específica de poliisocianato de polimetileno polifenila e (iii) uma quantidade específica de poli(oxitetrametileno)glicol, (b) o poliol contém uma quantidade específica de polímero poliol preparado a partir da reação de polieterpoliol com um monómero etilênico insaturado, e (c) o catalisador contém um composto de organoestanho. As espumas de poliuretano moldadas podem ser preparadas sob boa capacidade de desmoldagem e têm excelente resistência à abrasão, e assim podem ser utilizáveis para volantes automotivos, encostos para cabeça e braços, e semelhantes.
