Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"UNIDADE DE PAINEL PARA JANELAS EM VEìCULOS AUTOMOTIVOS E SEMELHANTES''<D>. A unidade de painel (10) é formada por um painel (11) e por uma moldura (12), com um perfil de moldura determinado. A moldura (12) é moldada como peça extrudada, formada por uma peça de perfil primário (14) e por uma peça de perfil secundário (15). A peça de perfil primário (14) exibe três segmentos de perfil (16...18), dos quais uma primeira parte de perfil (16) é vizinha à borda (13) do painel (11) e dos quais o segundo e o terceiro segmentos de perfil (17; 18) se ligam respectivamente a um lado do primeiro segmento de perfil (16) e são respectivamente vizinhos à região de superfície do painel (11), que faz limite com a borda (13) do painel (11). A peça de perfil primário (14) é fabricada de um material sintético, o qual não se une com o painel (11), mas que possui uma rigidez pela forma tão elevada que proporciona uma ligação pela forma entre a moldura (12) e o painel (11). A peça de perfil secundário (15) é arranjada em uma região do perfil de moldura que serve para a ligação da unidade de painel (10) em uma peça construtiva e é fabricada de um material sintético, que possui uma rigidez pela forma menor que a do material sintético da peça de forma primária (14).
