Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FORMAR UMA RODA DE VEìCULO DE METAL, DE UMA PEçA, PARA SUSTENTAR UM PNEU SOBRE ELA E A RESPECTIVA RODA". Um processo aperfeiçoado para fabricar uma roda de veículo (2) a partir de uma peça em bruto de metal em folha de uma peça (10) envolve uma matriz de transferência de nove estações. Em uma primeira estação, uma peça em bruto de metal em folha é estirada para dentro de uma parede em forma de prato (12), uma parede externa cilíndrica (14), um primeiro contorno (16) e uma primeira lateral (18). Na segunda estação, a parede em forma de prato é estirada de maneira inversa de modo a se formar um cubo (22) e uma parede interna (10), e um orifício de válvula (24) é puncionado para dentro do primeiro contorno. Na terceira estação, o cubo é achatado de modo a ser substancialmente perpendicular a uma linha central axial da roda parcialmente fabricada, e uma borda periférica externa da primeira parede lateral é desbastada. Na quarta estação, a parede interna é formada em sentido lateral de modo a estar em contato com a parede externa, e uma borda periférica externa da primeira parede lateral é removida de modo a se formar um flange. Na quinta estação, um segundo contorno é formado em sentido lateral. Na sexta estação, um primeiro deslocamento e protuberâncias enrijecedoras de cubo internas e externas são estirados para dentro do cubo. Na sétima estação, um segundo deslocamento é estirado no cubo, e uma segunda parede lateral é formada em sentido lateral de modo a se completar um aro de contato com pneu. Na oitava estação, uma abertura central e uma série de orifícios de montagem de roda são puncionados no cubo. Finalmente, na nona estação, a abertura central e os orifícios de montagem de roda são extrudados, e uma série de protuberâncias enrijecedoras de aro é formada em sentido lateral no aro.
