Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FUNDIR MATERIAIS METáLICOS EMFORNO DE CUBA". A invenção se refere a um processo parafundir substâncias de materiais metálicos em um forno de cuba.Durante o processo, o coque é queimado com ar pré-aquecido eoxigênio substancialmente limpo e os gases de combustãoaquecem em contra corrente a carga de metal. A massa fundida ésupreaquecida e carburada no leito de coque, um sopro de umaporção fixo do oxigênio sendo injetado no leito de coque avelocidade muito alta e, tanto quanto possível, para aperfeiçoar apassagem de gás pelo leito de coque, e um sopro de uma segundaquantidade variável de oxigênio sendo injetado no conduto circulardo vento.
