Abstract

"APARELHO PARA REMOçãO E RECUPERAçàO DE AREIA PROVENIENTE DE FUNDIDOS METáLICOS, SISTEMA VIBRATóRIO DE RECUPERAçãO DE AREIA PARA A REMOçãO E RECUPERAçãO DE AREIA A PARTIR DE UM FUNDIDO METáLICO E SISTEMA DE DOIS ESTáGIOS PARA PROCESSAR FUNDIDOS METáLICOS E AREIA DE MACHO". A fim de tratar termicamente de forma efetiva e retirar o macho de um fundido metálico, e depois disso, recuperar totalmente a areia de macho para reutilização, um sistema de dois estágios para o processamento de fundidos metálicos e areia de macho formada de areia e aglutinante é fornecido. O sistema de dois estágios inclui um primeiro estágio para a remoção da areia de macho do fundido metálico enquanto ao mesmo tempo trata termicamente o fundido metálico, e também inclui um segundo estágio separado para recuperação da areia de macho.
