A invenção se relaciona a um contentor para uma pequena quantidade, por exemplo uma porção, de material fluido tal como líquido, gás, pasta ou gel, em que o contentor está adaptada para reduzir o seu volume através da aplicação de forças externas e o contentor está equipado com um fechamento, em que o contentor compreende duas paredes (7, 8) as quais são cada uma rígidas pelo menos nas suas bordas e as quais estão conectadas por uma parede flexível (9, 10).
