Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA O ASSENTAMENTO AUTOMAZADO DE PINOS DE FIXAçãO SOBRE SUPERFìCIES DE SUPORTE"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para o assentamento automatizado de pinos de fixação sobre superfícies de suporte, sendo que os pinos de fixação (1) são dotados de colares de disco (5), revestidos no seu lado inferior com uma substância adesiva seca fusível (6), reativável por influência de calor. O dispositivo consiste em uma carcaça oblonga (3) com um dispositivo de coleta de pinos (56, 57) e um canal de alimentação de pinos (37) que, na sua extremidade saliente acima da carcaça (3), pode ser unido a uma mangueira flexível de alimentação (4) pela qual os pinos adesivos (1) com o calor de disco (5) para diante podem ser transportados mediante ar comprimido adentro da carcaça (3) e pelo canal de alimentação de pinos (37) até a estação coletora (56, 57). No fim do canal de alimentação (37) encontra-se um cilindro (11) (um assim chamado indutor) dotado de uma bobina de indução (27). Além disso, acima do indutor (11) são previstos meios para o aperto do pino adesivo (1) situado no indutor (11) sobre a posição de ensamblamento (29) da superfície de suporte (2).
