Abstract

<B>"CAPA PLANEJADA PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA BROCHURA, MéTODO DE MANIPULAçãO DE TAIS CAPAS E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE TAIS BROCHURAS"<D>. De acordo com um aspecto, a invenção se refere a um método de empilhamento de capas para a produção de brochuras. Cada capa inclui duas folhas de capa, e uma lombada de interligação. Um dispositivo de encadernação é aplicado à superfície interna da lombada incluindo um agente de encadernação. As capas são mutuamente empilhadas com uma superfície interna da lombada de uma capa sendo disposta contra a superfície externa da lombada de uma capa adjacente. De acordo com a invenção, é fornecido um dispositivo de separação possível de desativação, entre o agente de encadernação e a superfície externa da lombada de uma capa adjacente, de modo a impedir a adesão entre as lombadas das respecitivas capas. De acordo com um outro aspecto de invenção, é fornecida uma capa desse tipo com um dispositivo de encardenação que inclui um agente de encardenação (104) e um dispositivo de separação (105), disposto na superfície do agente de encardenação que está disposto distante da lombada (103), esse dispositivo de separação, preferencialmente, tendo a forma de um material tecido, fixado ao agente de encardenação (104). A invenção também compreende um método para produzir uma brochura com o uso da capa inventiva. De acordo com o método inventivo de fabricação, o dispositivo de separação é desativado ao mesmo tempo em que é ativado o agente de encardenação e um fardo de folhas é movido na direção da lombada da capa.
