Abstract

"SISTEMA DE FREIO A DISCO". Um freio incorpora uma placa de carregamento diretamente conectada a um pistão de ajuste. Preferivelmente, um parafuso conecta ambos. A conexão direta assegura uma pressão uniforme da placa a um material de fricção, e desgaste uniforme. Na técnica anterior, as conexões tendiam a permitir movimento entre a placa de carregamento e o ajuste de pistão. Com este conhecido tipo de conexão, às vezes ocorre desgate não uniforme do material de fricção. A presente invenção, que fixa diretamente a placa de carregamento no pistão de ajuste provê um desgaste uniforme do material de fricção e melhor operação do sistema de freio.
