Abstract
"COMPONENTE DE CONSTRUçãO, E, EDIFìCIO OU PARTE DE UM EDIFìCIO". A publicação divulga um componente de construção como uma tora, (10) que tem uma superfície lado externo (7), uma superfície lado interno (8), uma parte de isolamento (1) entre estas, e elementos (5, 6) que interconectam a parte de isolamento e as superfícies laterais. De acordo com a invenção, a parte de isolamento (1) do componente de construção (10) serve como uma estrutura de suporte de carga. Entre a parte de isolamento e as superfícies laterais existe um vazio (14) o qual, através de aberturas nos elementos de interconexão (5, 6) estão em contato direto com os vazios nos componentes de construção acima e abaixo. Os componentes de consrução podem ser empilhados se auto-posicionando um em cima do outro para formar a extrutura de suporte de carga de um edifício. Toda a fiação e tubulação necessária do edifício pode ser instalada na fábrica nos vazios (14) nos componentes, e as superfícies laterais (7, 8) podem receber um revestimento de acabamento na fábrica. Um edifício completamente pronto para utilização pode ser erguido muito rapidamente a partir de componentes de construção de acordo com a invenção.
