Abstract
O DE ANTìGENO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para determinação de anticorpos específicos de antígeno da imunoglobulina de classe G, na presença de imunoglobulina de classe M em corpos fluidos, mediante incubação com pelo menos dois diferentes receptores R~ 1~ e R~ 2~, e, opcionalmente, com receptores adicionais, um componente essencial de R~ 2~ sendo um coadjuvante de ligação em fom anticorpo específico de antígeno da imunoglobulina de classe G, assim como o uso de coadjuvante de ligação na forma monomérica para a determinação de um anticorpo de antígeno de imunoglobulina de classe G.
